Love the video – specific, clear – will be very helpful to potential clients who have not thought about (1)the painful reality of LGBT people who feel forced to remain closeted because of the conscious and unconscious biases in their organizations (2) the fact that the organizational culture does not support and nourish the development & producitivity of all employees (3) the fact that this is a lose-lose situation for everyone.
